HEMOS (Chongqing) Bioscience Co., LTD. was established in 2017 and is headquartered in Chongqing. It is a biotechnology company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of Recombinant Keratin.
Relying on the research team led by Professors Wang Bochu and Hao Shilei from the Bioengineering College of Chongqing University, the company has been deeply engaged in the field of recombinant keratin for over a decade. The research team has successfully deciphered and reconstructed the functional gene sequence of human keratin. Leveraging synthetic biology technologies, the company has become the first one in the world to achieve large-scale production of recombinant keratin.
Based on the efficacy and application scenarios of Recombinant Keratin, the company has established a comprehensive “experimental R&D - industrial application” full-chain system, focusing on providing high-performance biomaterials and solutions for the biomedical, cosmetics, and personal care sectors.
