Protein Expression and Purification Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and recombinant expression of target proteins.

2. Responsible for the development of purification processes for target proteins.

3. Responsible for verifying the enzymatic activity of the target protein.

4. Development and validation of certain laboratory methodologies

Job requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher, with experience in the extraction, purification, and scale-up of animal collagen, and proficient in both E. coli expression systems and yeast expression systems.

2. Proficient in molecular biology, capable of performing full-length design of target proteins as needed, constructing plasmids, and carrying out genetic manipulations such as mutagenesis and truncation.

3. Experienced in developing protein purification processes, including ion-exchange chromatography, affinity chromatography, molecular sieving, and other techniques; also experienced in scaling up protein purification production processes.

4. More than three years of relevant work experience.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and highly capable of problem-solving.
