Patent and Project Application Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Patent Section:

1. Conduct patent and literature searches related to the company’s ongoing projects, as well as translation and proofreading of patent documents.

2. Prepare patent application documents for ongoing research projects;

3. Patent Analysis and Evaluation: Infringement analysis of pharmaceutical products, patentability analysis of new projects, and freedom-to-operate analysis.

4. Responsible for collecting and summarizing R&D information on medical device companies both domestically and internationally.

Project Application:

1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information on application requirements and relevant preferential policies for submitted projects.

2. Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and submitting applications related to the latest policies from relevant government departments.

3. Coordination and preparation of various materials and documents related to project applications.

4. Responsible for all internal and external communication and coordination efforts.

5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Education and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in a biomedical-related field.

2. More than two years of work experience related to patent and project applications in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, or greater healthcare industries.

3. Possess cross-organizational communication and coordination skills.

4. Possesses strong logical and writing skills.

5. Be sincere, responsible, and ambitious.
